• Medical records from GPs, NHS, optometrists, clinicians and private healthcare organisations, including clinic/hospital visits, diagnosis and medications.

As part of our commitment to upholding high standards, we will keep a record of your eyesight test results for a minimum of ten years.

Assume you're interested in getting laser or lens treatments from us. In that situation, we respectfully ask that you come to one of our clinics for a consultation to determine your suitability for surgery. During the consultation, we will gather the required information, such as your contact information, health history, and lifestyle, to determine whether surgery is appropriate for you. In addition, we will perform an eye examination to assess your vision. The information recorded during your laser or lens consultation or treatment is critical to your medical record. It must be retained for at least ten years, as stipulated by our regulators.

Security

We employ effective organisational, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard personal information within our control, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Unfortunately, due to external security risks, we cannot guarantee secure data transmission over the Internet. Please be aware that any transmission over the Internet is done at your own risk.
