Your new patient eye consultation is the first step towards better understanding and managing your vision and eye health. Whether you are experiencing vision problems or want only a comprehensive check-up, this consultation lays the foundation for personalised care tailored to your specific needs. What To Expect During Your Consultation 1. Review medical history, including personal and family history, as well as any present vision abnormalities or symptoms. 2. Vision assessment includes Visual Acuity Test to test distant vision and Refractive Error Evaluation to identify conditions such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia 3. Eye health examinations include an external eye check to assess the eyelids, tear ducts, and surrounding areas, as well as an internal eye examination with a slit lamp or ophthalmoscope to inspect the cornea, retina, and optic nerve. 4. Eye Pressure Test: Checks for glaucoma and other related disorders. 5. Diagnostic imaging (if necessary) 6. Your ophthalmologist will evaluate and discuss the findings in detail. 7. Personalised treatment recommendation. How to Prepare for Your Appointment • Bring your current prescription glasses or contact lenses (if applicable). • Provide a list of drugs or supplements you are taking. • Take note of any specific symptoms or vision abnormalities to share with your doctor.


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments: All consultations require an advance appointment. Walk-ins will be accommodated only if slots are available. 2. Booking Confirmation: Online appointments are confirmed via call, SMS, or email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate. 3. Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 4. Late Arrivals: Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other appointments. 5. No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows may lead to a deposit requirement for future bookings. 6. Emergency Cases: Urgent care is provided based on availability; call ahead for faster assistance. 7.
